Should you find the need to recover a patient's account that was previously removed from your system, this can be done using the steps below:
Recovering a Patient Account
1. Select the Management tab, followed by the Delete Patients widget.
Important Note: This screen requires a user to have either an "Office Manager" or "Super User" access level.
2. From within this screen, type the patient's name or ID# into the second text field and select the patient's account from the list below that you wish to recover.
3. Once you've selected the patient account, select Apply when finished.
