Patient Reminders are displayed in the Patient Reserve in the upper left corner of the screen. For more information on the Patient Reserve, check out Choose Action: Patient Reserve Breakdown.
1. To view a patient's reminders, select the Reminder icon in the Patient Reserve.
2. Then select the reminder line that you wish to remove, which will then highlight in green. Select the trash can icon in the lower right corner of the screen to remove it from the list.
