Invoices in Hippo Manager are only available for alterations and processing in the practice location where the invoice was originally created. These invoices are available in 'view only' mode across all practice locations.
Example Scenario: An owner brought their pet, Bear, to Hippo Avenue Veterinary Hospital for his wellness appointment. You notice that the patient has a balance available in the Patient Reserve, but cannot locate that balance within the Checkout screen.
1. To see if the owner has any open invoices at other practice locations, select the Invoices tab within the Dashboard along the left side of your screen.
2. Then select the All Locations toggle towards the top of the screen.
3. The list below will include invoices for all of that owner's pets, both completed and open, across all locations. To modify the list further, use the Patient Name and Status filters.
4. Using the example from the image above, the list below will populate all Open invoices currently active for Bear. The Location column identifies the practice location where the invoice was created.
Important Note: The invoice can only be modified or processed when logged into the practice location where the invoice was created, however, it is available in "view only" mode through the Print button on the right side within the row.
Pro Tip: To view All Invoices regardless of their status, simply select the (x) icon to the right of the field.
