Hippo Manager offers a variety of patient list reports, and the Reminder Postcards will display a list of printable postcards for all patients that have a reminder due within a desired date range.
Reminder Postcards Report (4 Per Page)
1. Select the Reports option in the Main Menu along the left side of the screen.
2. Select the Client Communications icon, and then select the Reminder Postcards- 4 per page icon.
3. Select the practice Location and desired date range. In the Include drop-down, select Include Reminders Only and then select the desired option from the Exclude drop-down menu.
4. Select Get Report.
