Hippo Manager is multi-location friendly, allowing your team to view patient records across all locations, while still maintaining inventory and finances separately.
Important Note: Before a user can access both locations, they must first have access granted under User Management. For more information on Hippo Manager's available access levels, check out Administration: Assigning User Access Levels.
Switching Between Practice Locations
1. Once you are logged into the system. select the map pin icon in the upper right corner of the screen, and select the desired practice location from the list.
2. The system will then update, and change locations automatically.
Important Note: The patients and their records are available in both locations, however, any invoicing will impact the inventory and financials for the location that's displayed at the top of the screen.
Helpful Tip:
If the patient has active invoices at multiple locations, they are visible from either location, but completion will need to be done under the location it was originally created.
