Pro Tip: Once your Dymo printer is connected, it's recommended to test your connection by printing a label through Hippo Manager. For more information, check out Choose Action: Dispensing Medications.
Troubleshooting: Blank Preview
1. Confirm that your Hippo Manager platform is open in a Chrome or Safari browser tab. If this does not solve the issue, proceed to step 2.
2. Open Hippo Manager in a new Chrome or Safari browser tab in incognito mode, and then retry printing a label. If this does not solve the issue, it's recommended to contact our support team for additional Tech Tip solutions. Contact: Customer Support.
