Clearing Browser Cache & Cookies (Chrome)
1. Select the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the screen, and hover your mouse over More Tools from the dropdown list.
2. Within the next dropdown, select Clear Browsing Data.
3. In the new page, select either Cookies, and other site date, Cached images and files, or both as displayed in the image below, and then select Clear data.

Clearing Browser Cache & Cookies (Safari)
1. From your Safari browser tab, select History towards the top of the screen.
2. Then towards the bottom of the menu, select Clear History.
2. On this new page, select All History from the timeframe dropdown and finish by selecting Clear History.
