When a client calls requesting to speak with a doctor, the user can capture this message in the patient's record and link it to the Veterinarian's To-Do List for completion.
Recording a Callback Request
1. From the Choose Action page, select Chart Notes. To create a new note, select the (+) in the upper right corner of the page.
2. Under Type, select Phone. Under User, select the related Veterinarian's name.
3. In the CC field, type the note reasoning. In the Note field, type the message you wish to share with the veterinarian.
View From Veterinarian's To-Do List
Important Note: The To-Do List feature is personal to the user that's logged into the system.
