1. From the Choose Action page, select either the Chart Note, or Medication icon, and then double-click the desired entry you wish to sign or open.
2. Once you've added all additional documentation to the Chart Note or Medication entry, select either the Sign Chart button in the lower left corner of the page, or Sign Medication in the lower right corner of the page.
Important Note: These entries can always be unsigned by the provider who's finalized them if needed, and you'll simply select the icon again to "unsign."
If you don't see these buttons available on either page, you will need to adjust your user access levels to include "Authorized Signatory". For more information, check out Administration: Updating User Access.
Helpful Tip:
Hippo Manager's ToDo List will record all unsigned chart notes and medications, making it a convenient place for Veterinarians to view and finish Chart Notes and dispensed Medications.
