If you find that you've accepted payment and completed a sale under the wrong patient's account, this can easily be corrected with the help of Hippo Manager's dedicated Support team. For more information on how their team can be reached, check out Contact: Customer Support.
The team can transfer the invoice to the appropriate account, and they will need the following information:
- Invoice Number
- Client and Patient IDs where the invoice currently resides.
- Client and Patient IDs where the invoice should be transferred.
Finding This Information
