Hippo Manager offers integration with PetDesk to support sending client communications and patient reminders through their service.
1. To use this integration, notify your PetDesk Sales Representative that your practice uses Hippo Manager, and you wish to take advantage of the integration, and their team will submit the request for access.
2. Once our team receives this request, a representative from within our organization will reach out to your practice, and provide you with a Data Usage Agreement to complete. Once this is returned, our team will grant the team at PetDesk access to your information to complete the integration via the API.
3. The team at PetDesk will then complete the setup process on their side, and notify your practice when the services are available to use!
