When processing an invoice payment, the system has several payment types available out of the box. If your practice needs additional payment method options such as Write-off, or Care Credit, it's recommended to reach out to Hippo Manager's dedicated Support team by phone, email, or live chat. Contact: Customer Support.
Please include the following information in your request:
- Your practice's Name and/or Hippo Manager URL
- The payment method you'd like to have added to your platform.
Once the payment method has been added, it will be available in the payments dropdown for both a single payment and a bulk payment.
