Question: Will users have to manually turn on the auto save capabilities or is this something that is done by the software on its own?
Answer: The autosave will be automatically enabled. Note: If you don’t want to use autosave, you can change this setting in your user configuration.
Question: Hippo Manager 2.0 will include the ability to require a provider be listed for certain items and services. For provider-required items, is that linked to the SOAP provider, or does it have to be chosen separately?
Answer: If there is a SOAP associated with the transaction then the provider will be defaulted to the provider associated with the chart note. If you wish to edit or change the provider later on the check out screen, you may do so then.
Question: On the updates provided for Hippo 2.0, where can I find the running total balance?
Answer: The running balance will be on the invoice and the new slideout, which is quickly accessible from any screen.
Question: Can I print vaccine certificates and RX labels from the new check out screen again? Is the Rx printing from the sales page just a print function or can you write the RX details there too?
Answer: You can print vaccine certificates and Rx labels from the new check out screen in Hippo 2.0. It is a print function only - you cannot record details on the checkout screen. Please go to the Rx widget for recording details.
Question: Is there a way to make the kits one charge vs charging per item in the kit?
Answer: It will be possible to have the item kit appear as one line item on invoices, or as a list of all included items. This will allow for new flexibility with both pricing and tracking inventory through item kits.
Question: When will there be more training? Will it be in Litmos?
Answer: We will offer live training twice the Monday after we go-live, and then again two weeks later. Check here for registration, new screen shots and more. Video recordings and self-paced learning are available for free in Litmos to use at any time! It will be updated with all new look/feel of Hippo 2.0 after the launch. Question: Once new inventory items are added to multiple locations will we be able to edit these across all locations at the same time?

Answer: We don't have an exact date as it is still going through our detailed quality assurance process. It will be in the next few weeks and we will give you a specific date soon.
