Resetting a User's Password from the Login Screen
1. From your practice Login screen, select Forgot your password?
2. In the next step, type your email address, and then select Reset. An email will then be sent to you with password reset information.
3. Once you receive the password reset email, select the Reset Password link in the email message, and follow the steps to create a new password.
4. Once you have finished entering and confirming your password, select Save.
5. The password update is immediate, so you will be able to use your new password right away.
Resetting a User's Password from the Administration tab
1. Select the Administration tab, and then select the Users widget.
2. Use the filters to locate the user within the list below, and then select Reset Password on the right-hand side, and an email will be sent to that user.
3. Once you receive the password reset email, select the Reset Password link in the email message, and follow the steps to create a new password.
4. Once you have finished entering and confirming your password, select Save.
5. The password update is immediate, so you will be able to use your new password right away.
