Hippo Manager's Live Chat feature allows you to communicate with a Support Agent from directly within your platform. Live Chat is available from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm EST Monday - Friday.
Using the Live Chat
1. Select the Chat with Support option from the Main Menu along the left side of the page.
2. Type your Name, and contact Email address, and include your question or concern in the Message text field. When finished, select Send Message to submit your chat request.
3. A member from our Support Team will then review your message and respond.
Important Note: If you are contacting Support outside of normal Chat hours, a Support ticket will be automatically created, and our dedicated team will respond when normal business hours resume.
