Our team can help with account maintenance, including but not limited to:
- Updating your primary form of payment on file
- Managing the number of users reflected in your plan
- Modifying the primary billing point of contact for your practice
Important Note: Hippo Manager Invoices will be sent automatically to the primary billing email on file for your practice. If you have not received an invoice, please reach out to us to us to update this information.
