If you find that you have accidentally created a duplicate record when setting up a new patient's account, please refer to Management: Merging a Duplicate Patient Account and Customer Support: Merging Duplicate Patient Accounts.
Locating Duplicate Accounts
1. To review a list of existing duplicate accounts within your system, first select Management from the Main Menu on the left side of the screen.
2. Next, select the Duplicate Records Report icon. The report will then display a list of any duplicate accounts in your system.
Merging a Duplicate Patient Account
If you have accidentally created a duplicate patient and/or client account, and it has information stored that you'd like to keep for reference, Hippo Manager's dedicated Support team will be happy to merge those multiple accounts into one for you upon request! Contact: Customer Support.
