The widgets that appear on the Choose Action screen are customizable at the user level. If you would like to see more or less, follow the process below. Any changes you make when logged into your account will not affect the settings of other people at your practice, but they will be reflected on any device you log into with your username and password.
How to customize the Choose Action screen:
- Go to the User tab.
- Click on Choose Action Settings.
- Any widgets in the Displayed column will appear on your Choose Action screen, whereas those in the Hidden column will not. You can click and drag widgets from one column to the other until only those you use are displayed. Their order in the column does not matter.
- When you are satisfied with your selections, click Ok.
- The changes will be reflected on the Choose Action screen.
Quick Links bars are located throughout the application (Scheduler, Chart Notes, Patient tab) and have similar customization options as the Choose Action screen. Check out this article for more information on using Quick Links in Hippo Manager.
