1. From the Choose Action page, select the Client Forms icon. If you don't see this widget available, you may need to modify your user settings. For more information, check out Choose Action: Using Choose Action Settings to Optimize Workflow.
2. Next, select the Cage Card Label option from the list. The label will populate automatically for the patient that is actively displayed in the Patient Reserve.
3. You can then either download the file or print using the buttons in the upper right corner of the page.
Client forms are also available from the Client Communications icon, which can be accessed through the Reports option in the Main Menu on the left side of the screen.
If your practice has an existing cage card layout that you prefer to continue using, it can be added to your platform using the Custom Forms feature. For more information, check out Administration: Using the Self-Service Suite (Part 2 of 3)
