After an account credit or gift card has been used on an invoice and is at a balance of zero, it can be removed from your platform using the following steps:
1. Select Management from the Main Menu on the left side of the screen, and then select the Gift Cards and Credits icon.
2. Using the filters at the top of the page, locate the owner's used account credit or gift card in the list below, then select the Delete button along the right side within that row to remove it.
