Hippo Manager offers a variety of Patient List Reports. The Reminder Postcards report is one of these. This report displays a list of printable postcards for all patients with a scheduled appointment within a selected date range.
Appointment Reminder Postcards
1. Select the Reports option from the Main Menu on the left side of the screen.
2. Then select the Client Communications icon, and then select the Reminder Postcards- 3 per page icon.
3. Select the practice Location and desired date range. In the Include drop-down, select Include Appts. Only and then select the desired option from the Exclude drop-down menu.
4. Select Get Report.
