Deleting a Patient Appointment
1. Select the Scheduler option from the Main Menu on the left side of the screen. Alternatively, select the Scheduler Icon or Quicklink on the Choose Action or Patient Dashboard.
2. Next, locate the patient's appointment, and select it once to open the details.
3. Then select the Delete button in the lower right corner of the widget. When you return to the Scheduler, the appointment will no longer be visible.
Recovering a Deleted Patient Appointment
If you delete a patient appointment accidentally, Hippo Manager's dedicated Support team can help to recover it!
When submitting your request to recover an appointment that was deleted in error, please provide our team with the following information:
- The Patient's First/Last Name and/or ID Number (The ID number can be found in the patient reserve)
- The Owner's First/Last Name and/or ID Number (The ID number can be found in the patient reserve)
- The appointment's original Date, Time, and Column
