We highly recommend that each user in your practice have a unique login. This allows managers to tailor access levels to the roles and tasks within your practice.
Hippo Manager allows users to be logged into one device at a time. If you have been logged out of Hippo Manager unexpectedly, it is often because your login credentials are in use on another device in the practice. Logging back in on the current machine will log you out on the other device and end that session.
Important Note: If you are unexpectedly logged out of Hippo Manager and your login is not in use on another device, we recommend clearing your browser cache; check out Tech Tip: Clearing your Browser Cache & Cookies.
