Save time and improve appointment compliance by enrolling in Hippo Manager's automated postcard reminder service.
How They Work:
Upon enrollment, postcards are mailed every Friday and will include reminders due in 2 weeks.
Any reminders generated manually or automatically in the Reminders widget will trigger a postcard to be sent.
***Please Note: Multiple reminders will fit per postcard, however, some clients may receive multiple cards based on the number of pets they own and the number of reminders that are due.
Clinics can review reminders before they are sent using the Reminder List report under
Reports - Client Communications.
Hippo will also send a weekly email to remind practices to review the Reminder List before postcards are sent. Reviewing the reminder list will help ensure all reminder information, including client address information, is accurate and up-to-date.
How They Look:
Postcards are full-colored, eye-catching & clinic-specific. Postcards will include the practice logo if one has been uploaded to your Hippo Manager platform.

Additional Information:
- The Automated Postcard Service is only available for U.S. practices (Puerto Rico is not included).
- Enrolled practices are billed on a month-to-month basis. Your postcard invoice will be based on how many postcards were mailed the previous month.
- Appointments are not included in the postcard reminder dataset. Only reminders that appear in the Reminders Widget are included in the service.
