The user To-Do List serves as your own personal reminder of tasks that you need to complete.
Accessing the To-Do List
1. From the Choose Action screen, select the To-Do List widget.
Important Note: If you don't see this widget visible on the Choose Action screen, you may need to alter what's visible within your User Settings. Check out Choose Action: Using Choose Action Settings to Optimize Workflow.
2. From the To-Do List, can do and see the following:
- Personal To-Do list tasks
- Unsigned Chart Notes in your name
- Unsigned Medications in your name
Completing a To-Do List Task
Completing Chart Notes and Medications: Double-click on a chart or medication line within the list to automatically be directed to that Chart Note or Medication. Signing the Chart or Medication will update the status on the To-Do List to Completed for that task.
Completing Tasks: Tasks with a Pending status are text reminders. Double-click on the task within the list, and then select Completed from the Status drop-down which will update the status on the To-Do List to Completed for that task.
Deleting a Task: To delete a task, select the task line once to highlight in green, and then select the Trash Can control button in the lower right corner of the screen.
