Practice logos can be uploaded into Hippo Manager for the Practice level, or alternatively, a location level if more than one.
Uploading a Logo for the Practice
1. Select the Administration tab, and then select the Configuration widget.
2. Towards the top of the screen, above the Location information table, select the +Add File button and then select the logo from your device library.
3. Select Apply below this field to save changes.
Important Note: To resize the image, first select the resize icon in the upper right corner of the uploaded image next to the trash can icon.
Then, drag the grid lines until all areas of the logo that you'd like included within the grid. Then select Save.
Uploading a Logo for a Location
1. Select the Administration tab, and then select the Configuration widget.
2. Towards the bottom of the screen, below the Location Settings, select the +Add File button and then select the logo from your device library.
3. Select Apply below this field to save changes.
Important Note: To resize the image, first select the resize icon in the upper right corner of the uploaded image next to the trash can icon.
Then, drag the grid lines until all areas of the logo that you'd like included within the grid. Then select Save.
Helpful Tip
Once a practice and/or location logo is uploaded, the logo will populate automatically on invoices, vaccine certificates, statements, the PHR information sheet, cage cards, and certain forms.
