Logos can be uploaded to the Practice level or Location level if different practice locations have different logos.
How to upload a logo to the Practice level:
- Go to the Administration tab.
- Click on the Practice Config icon.
- Upload your practice logo under the corresponding field by clicking Add files.
- Select the file from its location on your device, then it will appear in the box, allowing you to resize it.
- To resize the image, click Resize. Resize by dragging the grid lines or using the scroll wheel on the mouse (if applicable), then click Save.
- When finished uploading the logo and resizing it (if needed), click Apply.
How to upload a logo to the Location level:
- Go to the Administration tab.
- Click on the Practice Config icon.
- Select the location to which the logo should be added.
- Upload your practice logo under the corresponding field by clicking Add files.
- Select the file from its location on your device, then it will appear in the box, allowing you to resize it.
- To resize the image, click Resize. Resize by dragging the grid lines or using the scroll wheel on the mouse (if applicable), then click Save.
- When finished uploading the logo and resizing it (if needed), click Apply.
Helpful Hint:
If a location does not have a logo, but a practice does, documents will default to the practice logo. Once uploaded, a logo will populate automatically on invoices, vaccine certificates, statements, the PHR information sheet, cage cards, and certain forms.
