How to edit client information in Hippo Manager:

Go to the Choose Action screen.

Click on the Client Information widget.

If there are multiple clients in the table, click the one you want to edit so they are highlighted green.

Click the pencil icon in the bottom right of the window.

Enter in any new information, and/or change any old information.

Click Ok in the bottom right corner of the screen. If you cannot see the Ok button, try adjusting the zoom of your browser. This can be done by pressing the control key and the - key at the same time to zoom out.
How to edit patient information in Hippo Manager:

Go to the Patient tab.

Click the pencil icon in the top right corner of the Patient Info widget.

Enter in any new information, and/or change any old information.

Click Ok in the bottom right corner of the screen. If you cannot see the Ok button, try adjusting the zoom of your browser. This can be done by pressing the control key and the - key at the same time to zoom out.
Helpful Hint:
If you need to add a new client to a patient file, click on the Client Information widget, then click on the +. Then you can either add a new person to the file OR select an existing client in your system to associate with that pet. Check out this article for more information.
