Capturing Patient Reminders On the Invoice
1. Ensure that the Item or Service has the appropriate Reminder duration assigned under Items and Services. For additional assistance with item setup, check out the Creating and Editing Inventory Codes article.
2. Once an item or service has a reminder set up within Items and Services when the item is added to an Invoice either through the Checkout tab, Vaccine widget, or Medication widget, the reminder will then populate within the Reminder widget automatically.
3. Once the invoice payment is processed, click Complete Sale to generate the receipt. Those reminders from the Reminders widget will automatically appear at the bottom of the receipt.
