Hippo Manager allows the practice to capture and document items or services that the owner has declined. This is done through treatment sheets on the Whiteboard and automatically reflects on the patient's receipt.
Logging a Declined Service Through Whiteboard Treatment Sheets

Viewing the Declined Service
1. Through the Checkout tab, when all chargeable items are added, click Print/view. Alternatively, if the payment is processed, click Complete Invoice.
2. On the printed view, the declined service will be listed at the bottom of the receipt.
