Hippo Manager's application and API performance status can now be viewed and monitored from the web page below:
In the event of a service disruption, the Status web page will provide information and continuous updates regarding the disruption in real-time. This page will also provide additional notes from the Hippo Development team, across all Hippo Manager platforms, and can be accessed on any device so long as you have an internet connection.
Hippo Manager's communication sources which include web chat, phone lines, and email will be directing users to the Status page in the event the system is experiencing disruption. It's also strongly encouraged to save the above Status web link to your device favorites for easy access in the future, and you can also Subscribe to Updates if you wish to receive them automatically as they become available.
