This is part 1 of 5 in the article series.
The scheduler is very customizable to suit a practice's unique workflow. In this article, we will be focused on adjusting the scheduler time slots duration and practice hours of availability.
Customizing Hospital Availability and Timeslots
1. Select the Management tab and then select the Scheduler Settings widget.
2. Add the Start Time and End Time which will display the first available appointment, and the latest available appointment.
3. Schedule Unit Length: This is the available time that's displayed for each appointment.
Example: If you have 10 selected, then on the scheduler screen, the times will display in 10-minute increments.
4. Select Apply in the lower left corner of the screen to save changes to that column.
