For external email communications to your clients, such as receipts, it's important to properly set up a practice email.
Configuring a Practice's Email for the First Time

1. Select the Administration option from the main menu on the left side of the screen, and then select the Locations icon.
2. Next, find the practice location in the list and select Edit.
3. Then, type your practice email into the respective text field at the top of the page. Then select Apply Changes in the lower left corner of the page to save changes.
Important Note: An email will be sent to this newly entered practice email address immediately. You will need to follow those email instructions to finalize the setup.
Reconfiguring a Practice Email That's Already Been Setup
1. Select the Administration option from the main menu on the left side of the screen, and then select the Locations icon.
2. Next, find the practice location in the list and select Edit.
3. Then, re-type your practice email into the respective text field at the top of the page. Then select Apply Changes in the lower left corner of the page to save changes.
Important Note: An email will be sent to this re-entered practice email address immediately. You will need to follow those email instructions to finalize the setup.
